However, the Consumers Association of China updates its complaint of November 15 and notes in a statement that "some consumers have questions and ask for a timely clarification.We ask Apple to improve the reservation and consultation for the replacement systems of the drums".
On its website, Apple explains the process of renewal of affected terminals. "If you have experienced this problem," he continues, "visit an Apple store or authorized service provider and verify the serial number of your device to replace the battery for free."
IPhone 6s users who have battery problems, before changing it, will have to make a backup of their data in iTunes or iCloud, disable the option 'Find my iPhone' and restore the terminal completely.
